Day 5 of My Diet

So it’s only been five days since I started my diet and I have already lost a total of 8lbs. That is just wonderful!! I’m still eating and drinking just not what I used to before. I’m eating only fruits and vegetables. I do occasionally have a piece of meat, cereal, and even a slice of pizza. I’m also only drinking water. I’ve been working out for 30+ minutes each day too! I can’t forget to mention that I’m also taking daily vitamins because those are essential.
I’m so proud of myself so far. I still can’t believe the pounds are shedding off of me. I’m looking forward to seeing that number go down each and every day. Hopefully I’ll be able to reach my goal weight of 200lbs before the start of the school year. Once I reach that weight, I’ll set a new goal weight until I’m down to the average weight of a person my age. That would be my dream come true since I’ve always been overweight my entire life.
