Day 4 of My Diet

I am so proud of myself. I have lost another pound! Woot!! That makes it 5.5lbs in just three days! Not bad at all!! I was feeling kind of hungry last night and somewhat this morning. I’ll probably have a plum and some water before heading into the shower. I’m just so damn excited that I’m actually losing weight.
I’m also in love with the glider I bought because I’m easily doing my 30 minutes of exercise each day without having to do much but glide. My legs and arms do hurt the next day, but that’s fine by me. As long as the weight is coming off, I’m happy.

lost lbs: 5.5 so far
current: 293.0 lbs
start weight: 298.5 lbs
feelings: a little hungry but too happy
