Will Power & Hoodia Progress

I can’t believe how much will power actually plays a huge role in trying to lose weight. Having the will power to jump on the exercise machine and actually choose a healthy meal over pizza, is definitely very difficult…especially for me since one of my favourite foods is pizza!!

Not to mention, I keep forgetting to take those Hoodia capsules and it’s driving me nuts!! I have been storing them in my desk drawer, which is probably why I keep forgetting. You’re suppose to take 2 capsules daily. One in the morning and the other an hour before dinner. I just keep remembering to take the morning ones and not the dinner ones. *smacks head*

Anyways, even with just taking it in the morning I have had great progress. I’m already down 4lbs!! Woot go me!!

    Congrats on your current weight loss! That’s super. I’m starting my own weight loss journey, but I’m lacking in the motivation department pretty hardcore.
